This set is built around the first practical needs of a new employee: building access, desk setup, meetings, and a personal work surface. The three pieces map directly to those moments without relying on decorative items.

Access card holder: first-use timing and daily frequency

In an onboarding context, the access card holder is one of the earliest branded objects to enter daily use. It moves through doors, lifts, and checkpoints with the employee, which gives it a consistent presence from the first day onward.

What the standard packaging delivers

The set ships in a rigid lid gift box with a flocked EVA insert. The lift-off lid format keeps the presentation simple and formal, which suits onboarding, welcome kits, and internal gifting. Each piece sits in its own cut recess to reduce movement in transit and keep the metal surfaces separated.

Logo on the box

On the matte paper wrap of a rigid lid box, hot foil stamping gives the logo clear contrast. Blind debossing is the quieter option, creating a pressed mark in the lid surface without metallic foil.

Available packaging upgrades

A printed liner inside the lid is available for onboarding messages, QR codes, or brand messages. A reusable desk-tray format is also available on request for buyers who want the packaging to remain on the employee desk after unboxing.
